I totally want to visit his agrotourist beet farm! :)
Colonel Tigh, of BSG! Flawed and Cylonic, yes, but a hell of an interesting Beta.
And Beta rhymes with "Data," so I elect him from ST:TNG.
And Data's a 'bot, like C-3PO -- also Beta to R2.
Which leads me to their owner, the ultimate Beta...
...Luke Skywalker. Totally Beta. With his whining, I'd say Han, Chewie, and Leia are all Alpha to Luke.
I think you might be right, ryanwil. I was going to argue that Luke did stand up to dad, but in the end he won by basically going submissive.
